Jonathan began working with Cloverleaf in 2009 and participates in all areas of the company’s operations and management. He is a 2001 graduate of Emory University and a 2011 graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Jonathan spent seven years working for two national law firms as a corporate and real estate paralegal, while playing the drums in and helping manage the business affairs of a professional recording and touring group.

A practicing attorney until 1982, when he founded Cloverleaf, Michael Basofin brings his broad experience in the areas of real estate law, general corporate law, and business litigation to his role at Cloverleaf. He graduated from the Miami University in Ohio in 1967 and Loyola University School of Law in 1970. He has been President of Cloverleaf companies since 1982.
