BEOF CFO Takes on Spartan Race to Support Community Programs

Bayonne Economic Opportunity Foundation’s CFO, Ronny Sanchez, will tackle the Spartan Race on April 27th to raise awareness and funds for BEOF’s essential community programs.

“Numbers tell our story on paper, but actions demonstrate our commitment in reality,” says Ronny, who has been training rigorously for this challenge.

The race—with its mud crawls, wall climbs, and fire jumps—symbolizes the obstacles BEOF helps community members overcome daily. Ronny’s participation spotlights BEOF’s critical work serving over 107,000 Hudson County residents through affordable housing, nutrition programs, Head Start education, and weatherization assistance.

This effort coincides with BEOF’s 60th Anniversary “Rhythm of Giving” Gala on July 11th, 2025.
