Back-to-school season was a busy one at BEOF, and we’re so proud of the many ways our community came together to help Bayonne students start the school year prepared and excited!

✂️ FREE HAIRCUT & BACKPACK GIVEAWAY

On August 25th, BEOF was proud to support the wonderful Free Haircut & Free Backpack Giveaway organized by the Latin Social Organization (LSO) for students in our community!

The event had a fantastic turnout, bringing families together for free haircuts, backpacks, school supplies, and plenty of back-to-school excitement. We were so happy to play a role in supporting LSO’s fantastic initiative and helping make the day a success for Bayonne students.

🎒 BACKPACKS FOR OUR STEPPING STONE ACADEMY STUDENTS

BEOF also held our annual back-to-school collection to make sure the children of Stepping Stone Academy, formerly Bayonne Head Start, had some of the essentials they needed to start the school year off right!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, every student in our program was able to receive something for the new school year! ❤️

From backpacks and school supplies to classroom essentials, we are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed. Seeing everything come together and knowing these donations went directly to our students made this year’s drive especially meaningful.

A very special shoutout to our friends at BCB Bank for once again thinking of BEOF during their annual back-to-school drive. They continue to show up for our families year after year, and this summer’s turnout was the best yet! We are so grateful for their continued generosity and partnership.

We also extend a huge thank-you to AP&G Co. for their generous donation of backpacks and school supplies. Your support helped us reach even more students and make sure they were ready for the year ahead!
