Memorials will be decorated on 1st Street, starting with Vietnam Veterans Monument and proceeding to the Korean War Monument, World War II Monument, Brady’s Dock, and ending at O’Neil’s Point on 9th Street and Broadway.

The graves located at the Constable Hook Cemetery (next to IMTT) will be decorated.
