CDBG Applications Due Friday, February 20, 2026!

Please submit one original and one copy to the BEOF Office located at 555 Kennedy Blvd., Bayonne. Separate applications must be completed for both operational costs and reconstruction (if applicable).

While completing your application, please be mindful of the following:

• Applicants must demonstrate the organization’s impact on the low/mod income community.

• Applicants must have 501(c)(3) federal income tax-exempt status.

• Organizations receiving CDBG funding for facility improvements must hire contractors through sealed bids and pay prevailing wage in accordance with state and federal requirements.

• Applicants will be notified via formal letter regarding funding decisions.

• Funds are anticipated to be available Fall 2026 or later and are subject to HUD funding availability.
