At BEOF, we believe that those who give so much deserve to receive in return! That’s why we were thrilled to host a special Mental Health Day dedicated to our amazing teachers and staff at Stepping Stone Academy Head Start!

A Day Filled with Wellness and Appreciation

Our incredible educational heroes spent the day engaging in:

• Mindfulness sessions led by professional facilitators
• Team-building activities that brought smiles and laughter
• Stress-reduction workshops with practical daily techniques
• Nutritious refreshments to fuel body and mind
• Relaxation stations

The energy in the room was absolutely electric! Our team members left feeling refreshed, valued, and equipped with new strategies to maintain their mental wellbeing both in and out of the classroom.
