Last month, BEOF hosted our first Senior Fraud seminar of the new year! 🌟

A huge shoutout to our amazing partners at BCB Bank for collaborating with us to organize this insightful event, held at their 40th street branch this morning. And guess what- our group was ALL WOMEN! 💃💼 It was incredibly empowering to see such a strong turnout.

The seminar sparked a wonderful and informative discussion, leaving our senior attendees feeling empowered and more knowledgeable about protecting their finances in today’s tech-driven world. The praises we received from them truly warmed our hearts! ❤️

We were honored to have Ms. Sharon MacDonald, Vice President of Deposit Operations at BCB Bank, as our keynote speaker. Her insights were invaluable. BEOF’s very own Diane Baran also shared insights on common scams, shedding light on tactics used by big-name corporations like PSE&G.

This event was a great way to kick off our program and was nothing short of fantastic! The turnout exceeded our expectations, and we’re thrilled to have made a meaningful impact. 🚀 We’re looking forward to hosting many more events as part of our Agency’s Financial Empowerment Pilot Program this year.
