Lead-based paint can cause serious health risks, especially to children. The Lead Remediation and Abatement Program (LRAP) is here to help protect your family and your property.

Available for landlords & tenants
Homes with 10 units or less
No structural issues required
Vacant units are eligible
Income limits apply (see chart below )
