Bayonne’s First Annual Chili Cook-Off

All chili must be prepared on the day of the event in a commercial kitchen. Homemade chili will not be permitted. Cooks have the option of preparing any kind of chili, ranging from mild to extremely hot. For a complete set of rules, visit the Chamber’s website, bayonnechamber.org.
The evening will include chili, Mexican cuisine, beer, sangria, soda, and dessert. A prize will be awarded for the best-dressed table. Entertainment will include free country line-dancing with Albert Fac and country songs by Joe Bayer.
To make an advance reservation, please purchase tickets at $25 per person online at bayonnechamber.org. Tickets will also be available at the door for $30 per person.
